Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is a large annual festival held in the city. It celebrates spring with floral displays, garden tours, parades, and events.
On 20th of September, we got invited by Mayor McDonald for morning tea and witness the 7th Signal Regiment Australian Army, Freedom of Entry Ceremonial Parade and the Grand Central Floral Parade. It was such an amazing experience indeed to know about Toowoomba’s deep roots, how the festival grown from its humble beginnings to how it’s become one of the most celebrated festivals and a tradition that locals deeply care about.
Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers isn’t just about gardens — it’s about joy, colour, and community. For a few weeks each year, our city becomes a storybook, and we all get to step inside it.
