  2. Justice
  3. Compassion
  4. Excellence

St Saviour’s has a strong reputation for:

  • A quality all-girls Catholic educational experience
  • Boarding for Years 7 to 12
  • An equitable and excellent education
  • Outstanding academic outcomes for all students
  • A diverse community of inclusion
  • A strong sense of care which seeks to flourish and sustain student wellbeing
  • A wide variety of co-curricular experiences – spiritual, cultural, and sporting
  • Passionate teachers who are experts in their field

St Saviour’s College is the oldest secondary school in Toowoomba. For almost 150 years, the College has been led by dedicated Sisters of Mercy, and later, lay people who prioritise quality and equitable education for girls.  Being an all-girls Catholic school, we are committed to our Catholic Christian values and our Mercy tradition.

Fundamental to our College’s growth and improvement journey, is the fact that every student is known and encouraged to do and be their best. Our most recent Year 12 exit data is testament to this, given that from 2018 to 2021, 100% of graduates at the College have successfully attained a Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) or a Queensland Certificate of Individual Achievement (QCIA).

These outstanding results are not by chance. There is an enormous amount of energy put into each girl to ensure every individual learner reaches their potential. All this is carried out with clear and cohesive practices between the day school and McAuley House, partnering with parents and carers.
