NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This is to advise you of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of Study Toowoomba Inc.
The details of the meeting are as follows:
Date – Monday 4 December 2023
Time – 3pm
Place – ‘The Loft’ Meeting Room, Fitzy’s, 153 Margaret Street, Toowoomba
Attached are:
- the agenda for this meeting;
- Management Committee Nomination Form; and
- Proxy Nomination Form
The minutes of the last Annual General Meeting have been emailed to Members and are available to Members on request.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- find out about Study Toowoomba’s operations and finances;
- ask questions about the operations and finances of Study Toowoomba;
- speak about any items on the agenda; and
- vote on any resolutions proposed.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting ;
- accept the annual report;
- accept the auditor’s report;
- accept the annual financial statements;
- appoint and pay an auditor; and
- elect a new Management Committee.
