Hello, I’m Ushan Gunawardhana, a third-year Nursing student at UniSQ. Reflecting on my journey as a student ambassador for Toowoomba, I can confidently say it was a remarkable experience filled with numerous opportunities and unforgettable memories.

As a student ambassador, I had the privilege to participate in various events that showcased the vibrant culture of Toowoomba. One highlight was the street food festival, where we donned our traditional dresses and shared our unique cultures with the community. It was a celebration of diversity, and I cherished every moment of it.
